father and sonThe Alliance Benefits Plans are available for active, regular, full-time employees of the Alliance U.S. National Office, district offices or local churches, for Alliance international workers, and any agency, auxiliary organization or institution officially related to The Alliance.

Our mission is to serve Christian and Missionary Alliance churches, supporting organizations, employees, and retirees by designing, implementing, and administering competitive, cost-effective group insurance and retirement programs.
