Church Ministry The “backbone” of Alliance church-planting efforts around the world, career missionaries are men and women who are committed to ministering with The Christian and Missionary Alliance on a long-term basis in ministries such as church planting, evangelism, discipleship, theological training, and other activities related to the establishment and development of the church overseas. With solid theological and missiological training, as well as at least two years of full-time ministry experience behind them, career missionaries are well equipped for the challenges of a resident ministry overseas.
